Thursday, May 30, 2013 | The Sorting Table – Eclectic & Exemplary  $20
The Sorting Table is a modern interpretation of a fine wine importer.  Founded in April of 2006, the company brings a new level of selection and information to the distribution of premium estates from Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, California, Oregon and France.  All their wineries are benchmarks for their appellations, terroir-driven boutiques that control every step of the wine making process.  We’ll browse the Sorting Table’s stellar portfolio, including:  Provence’s Domaine des Triennes (co-owned by Domaine de la Romanée Conti!), Seresin (killer New Zealand producer), Cielo y Tierra (maker of premium Argentine Malbecs), Trig Point (Sonoma reds by flying winemaker Nick Goldschmidt).  We’ll happily sort through this fab line-up from the Sorting Table!

Thursday, June 13, 2013 Bourgeois Family Selections $20

Côtes-duRhône and a few from the South of France through his collection of small French producers.  Philippe is well-travelled, highly educated and absolutely charming when discussing the merits of French wine, make sure to join us for this one!

The Panzano estate has seen grape-growing for the past 350 years.  In the words of Frank Grace’s son, Tim: “The Grace family philosophy is simple: being true to the rich tradition of Tuscan winemaking and its unique terroir.”  In addition, Prosecco, Vermentino, Verdicchio and Soave from the Empson portfolio will be sampled.
